CONV() 函数将数字从一种数字基本系统转换为另一种数字基本系统，并将结果作为字符串值返回。

笔记：如果任何参数为 NULL，则该函数返回 NULL。

CONV( number, from_base, to_base)

Parameter	Description
number	Required. A number
from_base	The numeric base system of number (a number between 2 and 36)
to_base	The numeric base system to convert to (a number between 2 and 36 or -2 and -36)
